Mark BalsomAssociate Consultancy Director
Mark has been successfully leading the LCP team as Consultancy Associate Director for over 10 years and within this time successfully taken the team through UKAS accreditation for over 7 years. Having over 17 years’ experience in the industry, Mark's expertise covers a broad range of fields including architectural acoustics, noise and vibration control in mechanical services and transportation noise and vibration. Mark completed both the IOA Certificate of Competence in Environmental Noise Measurement and IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control before completing an MSc in Acoustics and Noise Control in 2005 and gaining full membership with the Institute of Acoustics.
Jasmin TurnerJunior Acoustic Consultant
Jasmin graduated from the University of West London, where she studied Applied Sound Engineering (BSc (Hons)), achieving a first. She joined LCP in 2018 as a Junior Acoustic Consultant where she works with the rest of the team gaining experience in a range of fields, including architectural acoustics and mechanical services noise.
Victoria BondAcoustic Consultant
Vicky came to LCP with 2 years’ experience in the acoustics industry, and since joining has progressed from Assistant Acoustic Consultant to Acoustic Consultant. Having already completed a BSc (Hons) Sound Engineering and the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control at Southampton Solent University she has also gained Member of the Institute of Acoustics (MIOA) in 2015, Vicky has been building on her experience and knowledge in both architectural and mechanical services noise consultancy.
Rob MartinAcoustic Consultant
Rob gained 3 years’ experience in acoustic product selection for Caice, before moving over to the LCP acoustic consultancy division looking for a more hands-on approach to acoustics. Since joining he has successfully completed the IOA Certificate of Competence in Environmental Noise Measurement, and the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control and gained Associate Member of the Institute of Acoustics (AMIOA) and been promoted to Acoustic Consultant.
Sam ShapleyAcoustic Consultant
Since completing a BSc (Hons) in Sound Engineering Sam joined LCP with previous experience as an Acoustic Testing Technician, specialising in Building Acoustics. Sam joined the team as an Assistant Acoustic Consultant looking to develop his knowledge and skills in the acoustics industry. Since joining he has competed the IOA Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control, gained Associate Member of the Institute of Acoustics (AMIOA) and has been promoted to Acoustic Consultant.
